1.Heat Resistance
Galvalume steel coil alloy steel plate has good heat resistance and can with standhigh temperatures of more than 300 degrees Celsius.
2.Corrosion Resistance
The corrosion resistance of alumi-nized zinc steel coil is mainly due to aluminum, aluminum's protective
function.
Galvanized steel coil is a product in which a zinc coating is applied to a steel sheet. Generally, the hot-dip galvanizing process is used to immerse the steel plate in molten zinc liquid, so that a layer of zinc coating is formed on the surface of the steel plate. This coating can effectively protect the surface of the steel plate and prevent the steel plate from being oxidized, thereby prolonging the service life of the steel plate.
Aluminum zinc coated steel coils have good corrosion resistance and strength, and are widely used in construction, automobiles, electrical appliances, furniture, pipes and other industries. Galvanized coils can be classified according to different uses and materials, such as ordinary cold-rolled sheets, deep-drawn sheets, consumable cold-rolled sheets, hot-rolled sheets, etc. When using galvanized coils, care should be taken not to wear or damage the zinc coating on its surface, so as not to affect its corrosion resistance.
GALVALUME STEEL COIL:

Galvalume steel coil is aluminum zinc alloy structurem it is made by 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon,at 600ºC high temperature solidification and composition,its whole structure by aluminum-iron-silicon-zin, which our galvalume steel has excellent corrosion resistance.
Galvanized steel coil is mild steel with a coating of zinc. The zinc protects the steel by providing cathodic protection to the exposed steel, so should the surface be damaged the zinc will corrode in preference to the steel. Alu-zinc steel coil is one of the most widely used products, used extensively in the building sector, automotive, agricultural and other areas where the steel needs to be protected from corrosion.
Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel Sheet in Coil (GI) is produced by passing the Full Hard sheet which has undergone the acid washing process and rolling process through the zinc pot, thereby applying zinc film to the surface. It has excellent
corrosion resistance, paintability, and workability due to Zinc's characteristics. Usually, hot-dipped galvanized steel sheet
and galvanized steel coil process and specifications are basically the same.
Hot-dip galvanizing is the process of applying a protective zinc coating to a steel sheet or iron sheet, to prevent rusting.
